Modern Idolatry
You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth below, You shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I am Jehovah your strong and jealous GOD. Dear listeners of these words and dear readers, idolatry through the times has had stages of transformation where forms of idolatry have changed with regards to the element of adoration. Ancient idolatry, which the Sacred Scriptures refers to, is to idolize objects or figures with a likeness to something, which humans have bowed down to in the past. Idolatry is an impulse that is entrenched in the hearts of humans and always looks for something to worship and they bow because their object of adoration has physical appearance, since the human being is poor in Faith and that poverty of faith, leads precisely to the requirement that their object of adoration be physical, material. Today, if we take the Sacred Scriptures as a foundation, idolatry has had an extreme makeover, although the adoration images of plaster, stone, wood or other materials continues, the essence of adoration remains exactly the same and in the Sacred Scriptures, in the book of Jeremiah, memorandum/chapter/ 10 says: Hear the word which Jehovahh has speaketh unto you O house of Israel, thus says the LordJehovaha: Learn not the way of the people, nor fear the signals of the sky, for the ordinances of the peoples are vain, because logs from the mountain was cut, the work of the workman, with the ax hand . Good Digestion, Foundation for Good Health and Longevity

On this day I want to make reference to GOOD DIGESTION, indispensable foundation for optimal health. All diseases that afflict human beings currently and in the past, have their origin in bad digestion and when I speak of digestion, I am referring to the entire process that this word encompasses. All food that we consume, from the moment it enters the mouth, begins the process of digestion. That is why it is indispensable to chew and salivate our food well, to have precise hours for consuming food, respecting each digestive process with a lapse of minimum four hours. During this phase of time, it is not recommended to ingest food or drinks since either of the two will immediately stop the digestive process that the body is taking into affect. These digestive spasms bring as a consequence the storage of the fecal matter in the intestine for too long and in this way, the body absorbs the liquids and waste contained in that fecal matter and sends them to the blood. With this, whoever suffers from bad digestion, is re-feeding himself/herself and this feedback is terribly harmful for health. HOW DO YOU OBTAIN A GOOD DIGESTION? A good digestion is obtained when the following rules are carried out: Eat only three meals a day. The space between one meal and another should be a minimum 4 hours, since this is the time that is required by the stomach to optimally digest one of the three meals that have entered the body. Fruits and vegetables cannot be mixed, nor citrus fruits with sweet ones, nor semi-acid fruits with sweet ones. Of the three meals, one can select that the three of them be made up of sweet foods, or that the one that corresponds to the middle of the day be salty. Sweet foods are characterized by being abundant in fruits and honey, and one of those meals can also be fresh juice of some citrus fruit, like tangerine, orange or pineapple. The salty meals should be accompanied by abundant vegetables and legumes with little starch.
